Aman Khanna is a seasoned advisor focused on facilitating the flow of capital and capacity towards innovative largescale development projects working on compelling challenges towards achievement of the SDGs. He brings a unique combination of policy, private sector, non-profit sector and investor perspectives developed over 18 years of experience in Strategy Consulting, Investment Banking, Transaction support and Advocacy both in the mainstream / commercial and development finance space.

Vibhuti Narang


Vibhuti provides independent program support to the Agriculture /Rural, Environment /Forestry team/ Climate Change at the World Bank, DC (Head office) in accordance with processing quality standards and efficiency of maintaining delivery, including preparing standard project documentation, task management, budget management, processing high quality project performance reports, completion reviews and major evaluations. Her experience spanning 15 years experience in International Development across The World Bank, IDRC and Save the Children is valuable to the firm in staying on course and deepening our insights

A finance and commerce graduate from one of India’s most reputed colleges, Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University, GV has over 12 years of experience in strategy consulting, management affairs and early/growth stage M&A advisory, successfully raising over USD 3.5 Bn. for several companies seeking seed and growth capital.

As a consultant, GV has executed several prominent engagements with a number of clients, that involved – business planning, portfolio analysis, financial modelling, working capital management, new market entry strategy, MVP development, change management, bid advisory, EBITDA optimization, capital raising, buy/sell side advisory, fund strategy formulation and several other business growth activities 

GV’s experience spans across a plethora of sectors, ranging from core sectors such as Aviation, healthcare, telecom, mining, BFSI, IT and manufacturing, to nuevo sectors such as electric vehicles, cleantech, solid waste management, e-commerce Neo banking, P2P lending, D2C brands and cloud kitchens to name a few

With a focus on emerging economies, GV has spent a majority of this experience assisting companies and businesses find feet in African & South American geographies, developing key corridors and cross-border channels

GV currently serves as a  Board Member and Observer on several startups and growth stage companies, helping them navigate key inflection points in their respective growth stories

Prior to Setuka, GV was a part of Grant Thornton India, and also served as its Chief of Staff, overseeing the Firm grow from 800 to 5,000+ headcounts across 12 cities.
